FOREIGN ACTIVITIES

PLC System South Africa was founded in 2012 and is governed under South African law.
The company is fully held by Plc System, and its main corporate objective is the manufacturing, mounting, assembly, repair, and installation of electrical, civil, mechanical, and solar plants.
In 2017, the first maintenance activities began under the perspective of replicating the business model of the parent company.
The expansion strategy for the Group is strongly tied to the demand for electrical energy.
Markets where an increase of energy demands is forecasted are the emerging markets: Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Up until 2040, a substantial growth is foreseen in these countries and, consequently, a growing level of investments in infrastructures that support the production and/or transportation of energy.
In particular, the main foreign markets where the PLC group intends to develop its own business are also those that offer the best perspectives in growth: Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America.
